Excellent service. Ken Folsom is very professional , and he patiently explained the procedures for use and care of the aids. More importantly, he did not rush through the session and answered all my questions.

Ken has been my hearing aid professional for about 15 years. I would not choose to use anyone else. He solves all my issues and has to be a valued employee to Audible.

The office was nice and neat, the staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Ken explained the results of the test, answered my questions, and didn't try to get me to buy aids I didn't really need this year. I was very happy with my visit. I would recommend Audibel.

Employees were excellent, took time to explain and answer questions. A bit pricy for their hearing aids, but the 4 year warranty made it worth it.
